Unlike some of our competitors we do not ask for any money upfront.

We will price the repair based on images you send us and a discussion over the phone if needed. We will then attend at a pre-booked time to carry out the repair.

Only once the repair is fully completed and you have had the chance to check the work, do we ask you to sign our paperwork and make payment.

On the rare occasion that we cannot make a repair or you are not 100% happy with the results ..... you pay nothing.

​

If for any reason the repair ends up being bigger than anticipated, we will fully explain the charges and you get the option whether to proceed or not. No payment is required if you decide not to proceed.
