Rusty Bath

Tenanted property with rusty steel bath. Two options ..

Option 1 - Take the bath and shower out of action for a couple of days, remove the bath, tiles, shower screen and plumbing. Fit all new and re tile all with costs of a plumber and tiler.

Option 2 - Get us in for 2 hours to make the bath look like new and back in action at a fraction of the price and no disruption to the tenant who can use it that day! Which option will you choose?
